Common requests

Export my data
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap “Export data as JSON.”
Delete my account
Open the app, go to Settings → Danger zone → “Delete my account.” If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will process it within 30 days.
Privacy / GDPR / CCPA request
Email us at doc24business@icloud.com with the subject “Privacy request” and a brief description.
Report a bug or content concern
Email us with the device, browser, and steps to reproduce. For objectionable content reports we respond within 24 hours.
